10-Week Self-Compassion
Yoga Course
This new year is your chance to pause, breathe, and rediscover yourself from the inside out.
I’m so excited to invite you to my 10-Week Self-Compassion Yoga Journey — a space to unwind, explore, and reconnect with your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
🧘♀️ What to expect:
• Each week focuses on a different area of the body — from feet to shoulders, hips to hands — guiding you into deeper awareness and ease.
• Gentle movement, supportive breathwork, and grounding relaxation woven into every session.
• Themes like “I am grounded,” “I am confident,” “I am kind,” helping you explore how yoga supports life beyond the mat.
• A slow, nurturing build toward a restorative, deeply restful closing practice.
• A friendly, welcoming environment — whether you’re brand new or returning to the mat.
🌿 Choose what feels right:
• Book individual sessions
• Or block book all 10 weeks for the full journey 🌟

ABOUT ME
Welcome, I’m Amanda.
Reynolds Yoga was founded by Amanda Reynolds, a Dental Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the dental profession. Throughout her career, Amanda became acutely aware of the physical strain and psychological pressures faced by dental professionals — from postural fatigue and musculoskeletal pain to chronic stress and emotional burnout.
In 2018, she discovered yoga as a personal means to restore balance and relieve tension. The practice proved transformative, improving both her physical wellbeing and mental resilience. Recognising the potential benefits yoga could offer others within dentistry, Amanda pursued formal yoga teacher training through the British Wheel of Yoga 500hr Diploma in Teaching Yoga, to deepen her understanding and share these tools with her professional community.
Reynolds Yoga was established to bridge the gap between occupational wellbeing and holistic health. By integrating evidence-informed yoga practices with a deep understanding of the dental profession’s unique challenges, the business provides accessible, practical wellbeing solutions through CPD-accredited workshops, online and in-person classes, and tailored practice visits.
Coming April 2026!
In-Person and Online Classes are available to book.
British Wheel of Yoga Interim Certificate advancing to 500-hour Diploma.
